Omg, the "session expired facebook hacked" message is the worst. Happened to me too, and I was so stressed.
First, change your password and enable 2FA if you haven’t already. Then, check your recent activity under Security and Login. If you see anything suspicious, log it out.
If you’re still locked out, try this tool: https://www.facebook.com/hacked. It’s FB’s official recovery page and really helped me.
Also, warn your friends not to click on any links from "you" until you’re back in.
