Ford F150 battery died after 2 years – normal or something wrong?

I'm a bit frustrated with my 2019 F150. The original battery lasted almost four years, which I thought was decent. The replacement I bought from a local shop died after just two years. Same brand, same specs, same driving habits. Now I'm wondering if I just got a bad battery or if something else is going on. The truck has no warning lights, starts fine when it's warm, but after sitting overnight in this cooler weather we're having lately it cranks slow. I found a place that offers the Seasoned Ford Battery Replacement Service in Battery Zone UAE and I'm thinking of giving them a try because at least they claim to test the whole system. But before I spend the money, is there anything specific to the F150 that could be killing batteries faster than normal? I've heard about the battery management system needing resetting when you install a new battery. Could that be my problem? The shop that installed the last one definitely didn't do any kind of reset, they just swapped it and sent me on my way. Also does the F150 have any common parasitic drains like the sync system or something? I don't have any accessories plugged in. Would love to hear from other F150 owners about how long their batteries actually last. If two years is normal in this heat then maybe I just need to accept it.
