This facebook session expired android issue is such a headache. I’m on Android 12 as well, and it’s been happening for weeks.
One thing that helped me was using a VPN. I know it sounds weird, but it stopped the random logouts. I used ProtonVPN (free version), and it worked like a charm.
Not sure why, but maybe it’s worth a shot if nothing else works.
