New Mobile SOCKS5 Speed Test Using Our Own SIM
We tested the modem in two different configurations to see how much real-world performance can be improved:
1. Wi-Fi Data Offloading — OFF
→ Download: 8.59 Mbps
→ Upload: 5.24 Mbps
→ Ping: 165 ms
2. Wi-Fi Data Offloading — ON
→ Download: 13.25 Mbps
→ Upload: 10.08 Mbps
→ Ping: 64 ms
The results are quite noticeable: enabling Wi-Fi Data Offloading increased download speed by more than 50%, nearly doubled upload speed, and significantly reduced latency.
This approach can help offload part of the network traffic while keeping the mobile connection as the source of proxy traffic — a potentially effective way to optimize performance when building your own mobile proxy network.
