Ugh, Instagram’s verification process is such a mess.
I had the same issue, and what worked for me was submitting my ID and selfie during non-peak hours. Like, early morning or late at night.
Not sure if it’s a thing, but it felt like their system was less overwhelmed then. Worth a try!
