Ford F150 battery died after 2 years – normal or something wrong?

Was the replacement the exact same group size and type, AGM or standard, as the original? Also, do you mostly do short trips or longer drives? And does the slow crank get worse over a few days of sitting? That would help people here tell whether it’s the battery, a drain or the charging system.
