I found this site called DownDetector (downdetector.com) that shows if FB is down or having issues. Turns out, it was a server-side problem, not just me. Maybe check there to see if it’s widespread?
Also, try turning off VPN if you’re using one. FB sometimes blocks VPNs and causes session issues.
