Ugh, the facebook session expired message is the worst. I’ve been dealing with it for weeks.
I found this tool called CCleaner (ccleaner.com) that cleans up junk files on your phone. Ran it, and my FB app started working fine again. Might be worth a try if nothing else works.
Also, check if you have any ad blockers or privacy apps that might be interfering with FB.
