Wow, thanks for all the replies, everyone! This is super helpful. I think I’ll try pairing my incognito proxy with a VPN like NordVPN or ProtonVPN and see how that goes. Also, gonna check out Brave and DuckDuckGo—seems like a lot of you recommend those.

One quick follow-up: does using a VPN slow down your internet speed noticeably? I’ve heard mixed things about that.
