ugh, insta bans are the worst. i tried a service called socialmediahacks.io and it was a total waste of money. they promised to unban my account in 24 hours, but nothing happened.
i ended up just appealing to instagram directly and got it back after a week. honestly, i’d say skip the services and go straight to instagram support.
