Anyone else getting the "facebook app session expired" error lately? It’s driving me nuts! 😩
I keep getting logged out randomly, and when I try to log back in, it says my session expired. Tried restarting the app, clearing cache, even reinstalled it... still no luck.
Is this just me or is it happening to others too? Any fixes that actually work?
Also, does it have something to do with the latest update? Cuz it started happening right after I updated the app.

I tried logging in from my browser instead, and it worked fine. Maybe it’s just the app acting up?
Also, check if your app is updated to the latest version. Sometimes rolling back to an older version helps. You can download older APKs from sites like APKMirror if you’re on Android.

Turns out, it was a bug in the latest update. I downgraded to the previous version, and it’s working fine now.
If you’re on Android, try uninstalling the update and downloading an older version from APKPure.

I also downloaded Facebook Lite as a backup, and it’s way smoother than the main app.

I fixed it by turning off my VPN. Apparently, Facebook doesn’t play nice with some VPNs. If you’re using one, try disabling it and see if that helps.
Also, make sure your date and time settings are correct. Sometimes that messes things up too.

I tried everything—clearing cache, reinstalling, etc. Finally, I just switched to using the mobile site in my browser. It’s not as smooth, but at least I’m not getting logged out every 5 minutes.
Maybe give that a try until they fix the app?
