Hey everyone,
Sooo, is anyone else having issues with their Facebook session keeps expiring? It’s driving me nuts! Like, I’ll be scrolling, and bam—logged out. Happens every few hours, and I have to log back in. Super annoying.

I’ve tried clearing cookies, restarting my browser, even reinstalled the app on my phone. Nothin’ works. Is this a bug or something on my end?

Also, my friend said it might be a security thing, but I’ve checked my settings, and everything seems fine. No weird logins or anything.

Anyone figured out how to fix this? Or is Facebook just being glitchy rn? Pls help, I’m losing my mind lol.

Ugh, I feel you! My Facebook session keeps expiring too, and it’s so frustrating. I thought it was just me, but seems like it’s happening to others too.

I read somewhere that it could be a browser extension messing things up. Maybe try disabling any ad blockers or privacy extensions temporarily? Also, check if your browser is updated.

If that doesn’t work, maybe try using Facebook in incognito mode to see if it still happens. Hope this helps!
Hey! I had the same issue last week, and it was driving me crazy. Turns out, it was my VPN causing the problem. Facebook doesn’t always play nice with VPNs, especially if the IP keeps changing.

If you’re using a VPN, try turning it off and see if the Facebook session keeps expiring issue stops. If you’re not using one, maybe check your internet settings? Sometimes a wonky connection can mess with sessions.

Good luck!
omg yes!! My Facebook session keeps expiring too, and it’s so annoying. I tried everything—clearing cache, updating the app, even resetting my password.

Then I found this site called DownDetector (downdetector.com). It shows if other people are having the same issue. Turns out, a lot of people were complaining about it recently. So it might just be a Facebook bug.

Hang in there, hopefully they fix it soon!
This happened to me a while back, and it turned out to be a security setting. Facebook has this thing where it logs you out if it detects suspicious activity, even if it’s just a minor thing.

Go to Settings > Security and Login > Where You’re Logged In. Check if there are any unrecognized devices or locations. If not, maybe try enabling two-factor authentication. It’s a hassle, but it might stop the Facebook session keeps expiring problem.

Let me know if it works!
I’ve been dealing with this too, and it’s sooo annoying. I read on a tech forum that it could be related to your browser’s cookie settings.

Try going to your browser settings and make sure third-party cookies are allowed. Also, check if your browser is set to clear cookies when you close it—that could be why your Facebook session keeps expiring.

If all else fails, maybe try a different browser altogether. Chrome was giving me issues, but Firefox worked fine.
Same here! My Facebook session keeps expiring every few hours, and it’s driving me up the wall. I tried everything—clearing cache, reinstalling the app, even resetting my router.

Then I found this tool called CCleaner (ccleaner.com). It cleans up junk files and fixes registry issues. After running it, the problem stopped for me. Might be worth a shot!

Also, make sure your device’s date and time are set correctly. Sometimes that can mess with sessions.
Ugh, I feel your pain. My Facebook session keeps expiring too, and it’s so frustrating. I think it’s a bug on Facebook’s end because it started happening after their last update.

I’ve been using the mobile app instead of the browser, and it seems to work better. Not ideal, but at least I’m not getting logged out every 5 minutes.

You could also try reaching out to Facebook support, but good luck getting a response lol.
Thanks so much for all the suggestions, everyone! I tried disabling my VPN (didn’t even realize it was on lol), and so far, the Facebook session keeps expiring issue seems to have stopped.

I also checked DownDetector, and yeah, it looks like a lot of people are having the same problem. Hopefully, Facebook fixes it soon.

Quick question though—has anyone tried using a different account to see if it happens there too? Just curious if it’s account-specific or not. Thanks again!
