yo, anyone else dealing with the *instagram can't refresh feed* issue rn? 😩 like, i keep pulling down to refresh and it just... doesn’t work. stuck on the same posts for hours. tried restarting the app, my phone, even reinstalled it but nada.
is it just me or is this some kinda bug? saw a few ppl on twitter complaining too.

someone on reddit said clearing cache helps but idk how to do that on iphone lol.

hey! i had the same problem with instagram can't refresh feed earlier.
i used a vpn and it started working again.
not sure why but maybe it’s a regional thing?
try tunnelbear or any free vpn and see if it helps!

someone on twitter said turning off wifi and using mobile data fixed it for them.
worked for me for a bit but then it went back to being stuck.

yo i found this site called downdetector.com and it shows if instagram is down for others too.
rn it’s showing a spike in reports so it’s def not just you.

i switched to a different account and it worked fine, so it might be account-specific.
try switching accounts if you have another one and see if that helps.
if it does, maybe report the issue to instagram support?
