Hey everyone,
Anyone else running into Error 1015 rate limited lately? It’s been driving me nuts trying to figure out what’s going on.
I’ve been hitting it randomly, especially during peak hours. Is it just me or are others seeing this too?
Tried clearing cache, switching browsers, even restarting my router (lol), but no luck. Any tips on how you’re resolving Error 1015 rate limited?
Also, is this something on my end or is it a server-side thing? Kinda confused tbh.
Thanks in advance!
Hey! I’ve been dealing with Error 1015 rate limited too, and it’s super annoying. From what I’ve read, it’s usually a server-side issue, especially during peak traffic.
I’d recommend checking the status page of the service you’re using (like Cloudflare’s status page if that’s what you’re on). Sometimes they’ll have updates on outages or rate-limiting issues.
Also, try using a VPN to see if it helps bypass the rate limit. Worked for me once!
Ugh, Error 1015 rate limited is the worst. I’ve been seeing it a lot lately, especially when I’m trying to access stuff during busy hours.
I don’t think it’s on your end—sounds like the server is just getting slammed. Maybe try accessing the site at off-peak times? Or use a tool like DownDetector to see if others are reporting the same issue.
Clearing cache and switching browsers didn’t work for me either, so don’t feel bad lol.
Error 1015 rate limited is usually a server-side thing, so don’t stress too much about your setup. I’ve had luck using a tool like Postman to test API requests and see if the issue is consistent across different endpoints.
If it’s a website, try using a service like GTmetrix to see if there’s anything weird going on with the server response times.
Also, check if the site has a community forum or support page—sometimes they’ll post updates there.
Yo, Error 1015 rate limited is such a pain. I’ve been hitting it randomly too, and it’s definitely not just you.
I’d suggest using a tool like Pingdom to monitor the site’s uptime and see if the errors coincide with server load. If it’s an API, maybe try reducing the number of requests you’re making?
Also, check if the service has a developer forum or Discord—sometimes they’ll have workarounds posted there.
Thanks for all the suggestions, everyone! I checked the status page, and it looks like there’s definitely some server-side stuff going on.
I tried using a VPN, and it worked for a bit, but then the Error 1015 rate limited popped up again. I’ll give Postman a shot to test the API requests and see if that helps.
Also, I didn’t know about DownDetector—super helpful! I’ll keep an eye on that too.
Thanks again, y’all!
Error 1015 rate limited is usually a sign that the server is overwhelmed. I’ve had some luck using a CDN like Cloudflare to help distribute the load, but that’s more of a long-term fix.
For now, try using a tool like UptimeRobot to monitor the site and see if the errors are happening at specific times.
Also, check if the service has a status page—sometimes they’ll post updates about rate-limiting issues there.
Error 1015 rate limited is such a headache. I’ve been seeing it a lot lately, especially during peak hours.
I don’t think it’s on your end—sounds like the server is just getting hammered. Maybe try using a tool like Site24x7 to monitor the site’s performance and see if the errors are consistent.
Also, check if the service has a support page or Twitter account—sometimes they’ll post updates there.
