Anyone else struggling with Cloudflare human check on Chrome browser? Any fixes?

Hey everyone,

Is anyone else having issues with the cloudflare human check and chrome browser? It’s driving me nuts!

Every time I try to access a site, I get stuck on that "verifying you're human" page for ages. Sometimes it just spins forever and never loads.

I’ve tried clearing cookies, disabling extensions, and even restarting my router, but no luck.

Anyone found a fix for this? Or is it just me?

Also, does it happen on other browsers, or is it just chrome?

Thanks in advance!

(Also, sorry if this has been asked before—I tried searching but couldn’t find anything recent.)
Hey! I’ve been dealing with the same cloudflare human check and chrome browser issue for weeks now. Super annoying, right?

I found that switching to Firefox actually helped a lot. It still happens occasionally, but way less than on Chrome.

Also, try using a VPN if you haven’t already. Sometimes Cloudflare gets weird with certain IPs, and a VPN can bypass that. I use NordVPN, and it’s been a lifesaver.

Hope that helps!
Ugh, the cloudflare human check thing is the worst. I feel your pain!

I had the same problem, and what worked for me was disabling hardware acceleration in Chrome. Go to Settings > System and turn off "Use hardware acceleration when available."

It’s not a perfect fix, but it reduced the spinning issue for me. Also, try using the Brave browser—it’s Chromium-based but seems to handle Cloudflare better for some reason.

Good luck!
Yo, same issue here with the cloudflare human check and chrome browser. It’s been driving me up the wall!

I tried a bunch of stuff, but what finally worked was resetting Chrome to its default settings. Go to Settings > Reset settings > Restore settings to their original defaults.

It’s a bit extreme, but it cleared up the problem for me. Also, make sure your Chrome is updated to the latest version. Sometimes it’s just a bug that gets patched.

Let me know if it works for you!
I’ve been having the same problem with the cloudflare human check and chrome browser. It’s so frustrating!

One thing that helped me was using the "User-Agent Switcher" extension for Chrome. It lets you change your browser’s user-agent to mimic other browsers, and for some reason, Cloudflare seems to like that better.

Also, try accessing the site in incognito mode. It’s not a long-term fix, but it can get you past the verification page in a pinch.

Hope this helps!
Thanks so much for all the suggestions, everyone! I tried switching to Firefox, and it’s definitely better, but I still get stuck on the cloudflare human check sometimes.

I also disabled hardware acceleration in Chrome, and that seemed to help a bit. I’ll give the VPN and DNS suggestions a shot next.

Quick question—has anyone tried using a different device? I’m wondering if it’s just my laptop or if it’s happening across all my devices.

Thanks again for all the help! You guys are awesome.
Hey, I’ve been dealing with the cloudflare human check and chrome browser issue too. It’s such a pain!

I found that using a different DNS server helped a lot. I switched to Google DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4), and it made a noticeable difference.

Also, try disabling any ad blockers or privacy extensions temporarily. Sometimes they interfere with Cloudflare’s scripts.

Good luck!
Same here with the cloudflare human check and chrome browser. It’s been a nightmare!

I ended up switching to Microsoft Edge, and it’s been way better. Still happens occasionally, but not nearly as often as on Chrome.

Also, try clearing your DNS cache. Open Command Prompt and type "ipconfig /flushdns." It’s a small thing, but it can help.

Let us know if you find a better fix!
