For selenium captchas, I’ve found that combining a few tricks helps:

- Use a VPN with dedicated IPs (not random ones).
- Mimic human typing speed with random delays.
- Change your browser resolution and fonts occasionally.

It’s tedious, but it beats getting blocked every 5 minutes.
