We’ve been using cogent.co for about a year now for our office internet. Speed’s been solid—no major drops, and latency is decent for video calls.

But their support? Meh. Takes forever to get a real person. If you’re cool with self-service, it’s fine. Pricing is legit tho, not gonna lie.

If you need reliability, maybe check out Zayo or Lumen as backups.

We dumped cogent.co after 6 months. Constant jitter on VoIP calls, and their “24/7 support” might as well be a chatbot graveyard.

Switched to AT&T Fiber and zero regrets.
