"Quick Question: How Do I Block People on Instagram?"
Hey guys, kinda new to Instagram and ran into some weirdos in my DMs.
Sooo, how do I block people on Instagram? Is it easy or do I need to jump through hoops? Lol.
I tapped around but couldn’t figure it out. Do I go to their profile or what?
Also, does blocking hide my posts from them too? Just wanna make sure they’re *gone* gone.

Hey! Blocking on Instagram is super easy.
Just go to their profile, tap the three dots in the top right, and hit "Block."
And yes, blocking hides your posts from them too—they won’t see anything you post unless you unblock.
If you're getting a ton of weird DMs, you can also set your account to private or restrict people instead of blocking.

lol yeah insta makes it kinda hidden but here’s how you do it:
1. Open their profile
2. Tap the 3 dots (…)
3. Select “Block”
Boom, done. They’re *gone* gone.
Also, if you wanna prevent future randos, go to Settings > Privacy > Messages and limit who can DM you.
Blocking is simple! Just go to their profile > three dots > Block.
But heads up—if they make a new account, they might still find you.
To be extra safe, you can also report them if they’re being creepy. Instagram takes harassment pretty seriously.
