tried the usual "forgot password" thing but no luck. anyone here figured out how to log into a banned insta account?

i filled out the appeal form like 3 times before they finally replied. took forever tho.
if u wanna try, go to insta help center and search "appeal disabled account."
also, using a VPN didn’t work for me, but some ppl swear by it. worth a shot if ur desperate lol.

i got mine back by submitting an appeal AND emailing support@instagram.com. no idea which one worked, but it’s worth spamming both.
also, make sure ur not using any third-party apps that might’ve triggered the ban.
