Hey guys, been thinking about using a public proxy server for privacy lately... but how safe is it *actually*?
Like, sure, it hides your IP and all, but aren’t these servers sometimes sketchy? Heard some might log your data or even inject malware.
Also, if it’s free, what’s the catch? Are we just trading privacy for ads or worse?
