Title: Is IPv6 faster than IPv4 in real-world usage?

Hey everyone, been wondering about this for a while... is ipv6 faster than ipv4, or is it just hype?

I’ve heard mixed things—some say IPv6 reduces latency cuz of simpler routing, while others claim it’s pretty much the same in practice.

Anyone got real-world experience with this? Like, gaming, streaming, or just general browsing?

Also, does it depend on your ISP or location?

Kinda curious if the speed boost is noticeable or if we’re just switching for the sake of future-proofing.

From my experience, is ipv6 faster than ipv4? Yeah, but barely. I ran some speed tests on my home network, and IPv6 was like 5-10ms faster in latency. Not a huge deal for browsing, but might matter for gaming.
