"Is the Tibia computer game still worth playing today?"
hey guys, been thinking about jumping back into tibia after like... years? lol.
is it still fun or just a dead game now? i remember the grind was real, but the community made it worth it.
are there still active players? or is it just bots and nostalgia?
also, how's the pvp these days? used to love the thrill of getting jumped in thais or running for my life in darashia haha.
kinda miss the oldschool vibe but dunno if it's the same.
what do y'all think? worth giving it a shot or should i just let the memories stay memories?
(ps: any good english-speaking servers left?)
Tibia computer game is still alive, but it's definitely different now. The grind is easier with offline training and daily rewards, but the community is smaller.
PVP is still wild on retro/open servers, but dominando guilds control a lot. If you're into that chaos, go for it. Otherwise, maybe try non-pvp.
For active English servers, check Antica or Wintera. Also, tibia.com has server stats to see population.
nah bro, tibia is past its prime. mostly bots and pay-to-win vibes now.
if you're nostalgic, maybe log in for a few hours, but don't expect the same magic. the economy is wrecked, and most "players" are just afk training.
still, if you wanna try, use tibiafrags.com to track war/pvp activity.
Tibia computer game is worth it if you find the right server!
I came back last year and joined a guild on Secura (non-pvp). Super friendly English community, and the game feels less grindy with all the QoL updates.
PVP is dead unless you're on a retro/hardcore server. But hey, the nostalgia hits hard when you hear the login theme lol.
It's a mix. The tibia computer game still has players, but it's not the same.
Bots are less common now (CipSoft cracked down), but the game feels emptier. PVP is kinda dead unless you join a war guild.
Try it for free and see. If you hate it, just quit again. No loss.
Dude, tibia is still fun if you like old-school MMOs.
The community is smaller, but tight-knit. PVP is alive on servers like Lobera or Vunira. Just avoid dominando guilds unless you wanna get hunted 24/7.
Also, check out tibia-stats.com for server info. Helps pick a good one.
Tibia computer game is 100% worth it if you're into grinding and nostalgia.
The game's updated a lot—new quests, bosses, and even mounts. But yeah, the player count dropped. Still, Antica and Wintera have solid English communities.
PVP is hit or miss. Some servers are toxic, others are chill.
yo thanks for all the replies!
sounds like tibia computer game is a mixed bag now. i’ll probably give it a shot on wintera or antica and see how it feels.
anyone got tips for a returning noob? like what’s the best voc to start with these days? also, is premium still a must or can i f2p for a bit?
(and yeah, tibiawiki still the go-to? lol)
Meh. Tibia's a shell of what it was.
Most "players" are just alt chars or shop addicts. The thrill of open PVP is gone unless you're in a big guild.
But if you're curious, just download it. The first 2 weeks of nostalgia are fun before reality sets in lol.
Tibia computer game is still kicking!
Not as crowded as before, but the players left are dedicated. PVP is still crazy on retro servers, but prepare for toxicity.
For English speakers, I’d recommend Secura or Wintera. Also, tibiawiki.com is a lifesaver for returning players.
