"Has Anyone Found a LinkedIn Scraper That Actually Works Long-Term?"

So I’ve been down the rabbit hole of trying to find a decent linkedin scraper that doesn’t break after a week or get blocked. Tried a few free ones, and yeah… they’re kinda trash. Either super slow or just stop working.
Paid tools seem better, but even those get hit with updates or bans. Anyone got one that’s held up for more than a few months?
Also, how are y’all avoiding detection? VPNs? Proxies? Or just praying LinkedIn doesn’t notice?
Would love some real-world recs before I waste more time (and $$$).
