Hey y’all,
So I’ve been wondering, is reddit able to detect vpn usage? Like, I’ve heard mixed stuff about it. Some say they’ve been banned or shadowbanned while using a VPN, while others swear it’s fine.
I’ve been using one for a while now, and so far, no issues. But idk, maybe I’m just lucky? Or maybe reddit able to detect vpn only in certain cases, like if the IP gets flagged or something.
Anyone else have experience with this? Does it depend on the VPN provider or just how reddit’s systems are set up? Kinda curious if it’s worth the risk or if I should just stick to my regular connection.
Thx in advance for any insights!
Reddit can detect VPN usage, but it’s not always consistent. I’ve been using NordVPN for over a year, and no issues so far. But I’ve heard some VPNs get flagged if their IPs are overused or linked to spam. Maybe it depends on the provider? I’d say stick to reputable ones like ExpressVPN or Surfshark.
Yeah, reddit able to detect vpn if the IP is flagged for suspicious activity. I got shadowbanned once using a free VPN, so I switched to a paid one (Private Internet Access). No problems since then. Free VPNs are risky cuz their IPs are often abused.
From what I’ve seen, reddit able to detect vpn but doesn’t always act on it. I’ve used ProtonVPN for months, and it’s been fine. But I’ve heard some users get banned if they’re using shared IPs. Maybe it’s about how the VPN handles IP rotation?
I think it’s hit or miss. Reddit able to detect vpn, but they don’t seem to care unless the IP is linked to spam or bots. I’ve been using CyberGhost for a while, and no issues. Just avoid free VPNs, and you should be good.
Reddit able to detect vpn, but it’s not a big deal unless you’re doing shady stuff. I’ve used Mullvad for years, and it’s been solid. Some VPNs might get flagged if their IPs are overused, so go for ones with a good rep.
I’ve heard mixed things too. Reddit able to detect vpn, but it’s not always a problem. I use Surfshark, and it’s been fine. Maybe it’s about the VPN’s IP pool? If it’s too small, it might get flagged.
Reddit able to detect vpn, but they don’t seem to ban unless the IP is linked to spam. I’ve been using ExpressVPN for a while, and no issues. Just make sure your VPN has a no-logs policy and good IP rotation.
I think it depends on the VPN. Reddit able to detect vpn, but some providers are better at avoiding detection. I’ve used IPVanish for a while, and it’s been fine. Maybe it’s about how often the IPs change?
Reddit able to detect vpn, but it’s not always a problem. I’ve been using Windscribe for months, and no issues. Just avoid free VPNs, and you should be fine. Some providers even have dedicated IPs, which might help.
