can two google keep accounts be linked together

Hey guys, quick question – can two google keep accounts be linked together?

I’ve got my personal one and a work one, and it’d be super handy if they could sync or something. Right now I’m just copying notes between them like some kinda caveman lol.

Tried googling it but the answers were all over the place. Some say nah, others say *maybe* with shared labels? Idk, seems messy.

Anyone actually done this or found a workaround? Or is can two google keep accounts be linked together just a pipe dream?

Thanks in advance!
Nah, can two google keep accounts be linked together isn’t really a thing natively in Keep. Google doesn’t let you merge or sync them directly.

But you could try sharing notes manually between accounts? Like, open the note in your personal Keep, hit share, and add your work email. It’s a bit clunky but better than copying everything over.

If you want something smoother, maybe check out apps like Todoist or Notion—they handle multiple accounts way better.
Hey! So I had the same issue last month. Sadly, can two google keep accounts be linked together isn’t possible right now. Google Keep’s pretty basic like that.

What I do is use a shared label for notes I need on both accounts. Not perfect, but it’s something.

Also, if you’re techy, you could try IFTTT to automate some of the copying. Not ideal, but hey, workarounds, right?
Ugh, I feel you. can two google keep accounts be linked together is such a common question because it *should* be a feature.

Honestly, Keep’s not built for this. You might wanna look into Evernote or OneNote—they let you sync across accounts way easier.

Or, if you’re stuck with Keep, maybe just use one account and separate personal/work notes with labels? Not ideal, but simpler than juggling two.
Short answer: nope. can two google keep accounts be linked together isn’t supported.

Long answer: You could kinda fake it by sharing notes between accounts, but it’s messy.

Pro tip: If you’re on desktop, open both accounts in different browsers (or incognito tabs). Still manual, but faster than copying.
Lol “like some kinda caveman” got me. But yeah, can two google keep accounts be linked together is a no-go.

Shared labels are the closest thing, but it’s not real syncing.

If you’re open to alternatives, Check out TickTick—lets you manage multiple accounts in one place. Way less hassle.
Wait, has anyone tried using Google Workspace for this? Like, if your work account is part of a Workspace, maybe there’s a way to share notes across the org?

Otherwise, can two google keep accounts be linked together is still a pipe dream.

For now, I’d just pick one account and stick with it. Less headache.
Wow, thanks for all the replies! Didn’t realize so many people were in the same boat.

Sounds like can two google keep accounts be linked together is a hard no, which sucks. But the shared labels trick might work for now.

Gonna check out TickTick and Notion too—seems like they might be better for this.

Quick Q though: anyone know if Google’s planning to add this feature? Or should I just give up hope?
