Has Anyone Else Experienced PayPal IP Block Login Security Issues? Need Help!

Hey everyone,

So, I’ve been having this weird issue with paypal ip block login security lately. Every time I try to log in, it keeps blocking me, saying my IP is suspicious or something.

I’m using the same device and network as always, so idk why this is happening. Tried clearing cookies, restarting my router, but no luck.

Has anyone else dealt with paypal ip block login security problems? Like, is this a common thing or just me?

Also, if anyone knows how to fix this, pls help! I’m kinda stuck and need to access my account ASAP.

Thanks in advance!

(Also, sorry if this has been asked before—I’m new here and couldn’t find a similar thread.)
Hey! I had the same paypal ip block login security issue last month. Turns out, my ISP was using dynamic IPs, and PayPal flagged it as suspicious.

I fixed it by contacting PayPal support and explaining the situation. They whitelisted my IP after verifying my identity. Maybe give that a shot?

Also, using a VPN with a static IP might help if this keeps happening.
Ugh, PayPal’s IP block thing is so annoying. Happened to me too.

I switched to mobile data to log in, and it worked. Then I added my home IP to PayPal’s trusted list in the security settings.

If you’re still stuck, try using a tool like IP2Location to check if your IP is flagged as risky.
This is super common with paypal ip block login security. Happens when PayPal detects unusual activity or your IP gets flagged by their system.

I’d recommend:
- Clearing cache and cookies (you already did that, tho)
- Trying a different browser
- Using a VPN to mask your IP temporarily

If none of that works, just call PayPal support. They’re usually pretty quick to fix this.
Yo, same issue here! PayPal’s IP block thing is such a pain.

I used a VPN (NordVPN worked for me) to log in, and it stopped blocking me. After that, I added my home IP to the trusted list in PayPal’s settings.

Also, check if your IP is blacklisted using a site like MXToolbox. Sometimes ISPs recycle IPs that were used for shady stuff.
Hey, I had this exact paypal ip block login security problem a while back.

What worked for me was logging in from a different device on the same network. For some reason, PayPal didn’t block that. Once I was in, I updated my security settings to trust my IP.

If that doesn’t work, try using a VPN or contacting PayPal directly. Their support team is usually pretty helpful.
This happened to me too! PayPal’s IP block thing is so frustrating.

I fixed it by using a VPN to log in, then I added my home IP to the trusted list. Also, make sure your account doesn’t have any outdated security settings.

If you’re still having trouble, try using a tool like WhatIsMyIPAddress to see if your IP is flagged.
Hey everyone, thanks so much for all the suggestions! I tried using a VPN like a few of you mentioned, and it worked! I was able to log in and add my home IP to the trusted list.

I also checked my IP using IP2Location, and it wasn’t flagged, so idk why PayPal blocked it in the first place.

Anyway, problem solved for now. Really appreciate all the help! If this happens again, I’ll definitely try some of the other tips you guys shared. Thanks again!
Ugh, PayPal’s IP block login security is the worst. Happened to me last week.

I ended up using a VPN to log in, and it worked fine. After that, I added my home IP to the trusted list in PayPal’s settings.

If you’re still stuck, try clearing your browser cache or using a different device. Sometimes PayPal just gets weird about certain IPs.
Hey, I had this issue too. PayPal’s IP block login security can be a real headache.

I fixed it by logging in from a different network (like a friend’s Wi-Fi) and then adding my home IP to the trusted list.

If that doesn’t work, try using a VPN or contacting PayPal support. They’re usually pretty quick to help with this kind of thing.
