Hey y’all,
Sooo, my instagram got disabled due to data scraping and I’m lowkey freaking out. Like, wtf?? I wasn’t even doing anything sketchy, just scrolling and posting like a normal human.

Has this happened to anyone else? I’ve seen a few posts about instagram disabled due to data scraping, but no one seems to have a solid fix. I tried appealing, but it’s been radio silence from IG.

Is there a way to get it back or am I just screwed? Also, how do they even detect this stuff? Feels like they’re just randomly disabling accounts at this point.

Pls help a girl out, I’m losing my mind without my memes and cat pics. 😭

omg same thing happened to me last month! instagram disabled due to data scraping is such a nightmare. i was so confused bc i wasn’t even using any third-party apps or anything.

i filled out the appeal form like 3 times and finally got a response after a week. try using this link: [instagram appeal form](https://help.instagram.com/contact/606967319425038). also, make sure you’re logged into the account you’re appealing for.

if that doesn’t work, i’ve heard people have success reaching out to instagram support on twitter. good luck!!
ugh, instagram disabled due to data scraping is such a pain. it’s like they don’t even care about their users smh.

i’ve seen a lot of people recommend using a tool called “InstaFixer” to recover disabled accounts. it’s not free, but some say it works. also, double-check if you were using any automation tools or apps that might’ve triggered the ban.

keep appealing and don’t give up! sometimes it just takes a while for them to respond.
hey! so sorry this happened to you. instagram disabled due to data scraping is becoming way too common.

i’ve read that using a VPN can sometimes trigger this bc it looks like suspicious activity. were you using one? if so, maybe try appealing and mentioning that in your explanation.

also, check out this guide on how to recover your account: [account recovery guide](https://www.example.com). it’s super detailed and might help!
yo, this happened to my friend too. instagram disabled due to data scraping is such a vague reason, like how are we supposed to know what we did wrong??

she ended up creating a new account and linking it to her old one through facebook. idk if that’ll work for you, but it’s worth a shot.

also, try emailing support@instagram.com. it’s hit or miss, but some people get lucky.
ugh, instagram disabled due to data scraping is the worst. i feel like they’re just randomly disabling accounts now.

i’ve heard that if you have a business account, you can contact support through the ads manager. not sure if that applies to you, but it’s worth looking into.

also, try this tool called “Account Recovery Pro.” it’s not free, but some people swear by it.
