I’ve already tried *Focus@Will* and the pomodoro technique, and they’ve been super helpful so far. Also, the idea of journaling sounds interesting—I’ll give that a shot.
Quick question though: does anyone else feel like incognition gets worse in the afternoon? Like, after lunch, my brain just shuts down. Any tips for that?
