Hey everyone,
So, I’ve been trying to play proxymmo for a while now, but man, the lag and random disconnects are driving me nuts. 😩 I’ve tried a bunch of stuff—switching servers, using VPNs, even tweaking my router settings—but nothing seems to work consistently.
Has anyone figured out a reliable way to play proxymmo without these issues? Like, are there specific settings or tools that actually make a difference? Or is it just something we gotta deal with?
Also, does it depend on the region you’re in? I’m in Europe, and it feels like the connection is worse during peak hours.
Any tips or tricks would be super appreciated! Thanks in advance, y’all. 🙏
(Also, sorry if this has been asked before—I did a quick search but didn’t find anything super helpful.)
Hey! I feel your pain with proxymmo—it’s been a struggle for me too. I’m in Europe as well, and yeah, peak hours are brutal. What’s worked for me is using a VPN with servers in Asia. Sounds weird, but for some reason, the connection is way more stable there. I use NordVPN, and it’s been a game-changer.
Also, try lowering the graphics settings in proxymmo. It’s not ideal, but it reduces the load on your connection. Hope that helps!
Yo, I had the same issue with proxymmo until I switched to ExitLag. It’s a tool specifically for reducing lag in games, and it’s been super reliable for me. It routes your connection through the best servers automatically, so you don’t have to mess around with settings too much.
Also, check your ping to the proxymmo servers. Sometimes it’s just a matter of finding the least crowded one. Good luck!
Hey there! I’m in the US, but I’ve heard from friends in Europe that proxymmo can be a nightmare during peak times. One thing that helped me was using a wired connection instead of Wi-Fi. It’s not always possible, but if you can, it makes a huge difference.
Also, try clearing your DNS cache and using Google’s DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4). It sounds random, but it’s helped me with disconnects.
Honestly, I think proxymmo’s servers just aren’t the best, especially for EU players. I’ve tried everything—VPNs, different ISPs, even playing at weird hours—and it’s still hit or miss.
One thing that kinda worked for me was using a proxy server closer to the game’s main server location. I used ProxySite, and it helped a bit, but it’s not perfect. Maybe give that a shot?
I feel you, man. Proxymmo’s lag is the worst. I’m in the UK, and it’s been a nightmare. What’s helped me is using Mudfish. It’s a lightweight VPN-like tool that’s super cheap and works great for gaming.
Also, make sure your router firmware is up to date. I didn’t think it would matter, but it actually made a difference for me.
Thanks so much for all the suggestions, everyone! I tried ExitLag and Mudfish, and both seem to help a bit, but I’m still getting random disconnects. I’ll give WTFast a shot next and see if that works better.
Also, I switched to a wired connection like someone suggested, and it’s definitely more stable. Still not perfect, but way better than before.
One quick question—does anyone know if proxymmo has plans to improve their servers? Or is this just how it’s gonna be? Thanks again, y’all! 🙏
Hey! I’ve been playing proxymmo for a while now, and yeah, the lag is annoying. One thing that’s helped me is using a program called WTFast. It’s designed for gamers and optimizes your connection to the game servers.
Also, try playing during off-peak hours if you can. I know it’s not always possible, but it’s made a big difference for me.
