luma residential is solid but not mind-blowing.

Pros: Great location, nice finishes, and the pool is clutch in summer.
Cons: Maintenance takes forever, and the fire alarm goes off way too often (false alarms, ugh).

If you can afford it and don’t mind some quirks, go for it.
