Hey everyone,

Has anyone here tried datapacket austria for hosting? I’ve been looking into them for a while now, and their pricing seems pretty decent. But I’m not sure about their reliability or customer support.

I’ve seen some mixed reviews online, but nothing super recent. If anyone’s got experience with datapacket austria, I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Like, how’s the uptime? Any major issues? And how’s their support team when things go south?

Also, if there are better alternatives in the same price range, feel free to drop those too.

Thanks in advance!

(Also, sorry for any typos, typing this on my phone lol)
I’ve been using datapacket austria for about 6 months now, and honestly, it’s been pretty solid. Uptime has been great—I’ve only had one minor downtime, and it was resolved within an hour.

Their support team is decent, but not super fast. Like, if you’re in a rush, it might feel a bit slow. But they do know their stuff once they get to you.

If you’re looking for alternatives, I’d suggest checking out Hetzner. They’re in the same price range and have been super reliable for me in the past.
Yo, datapacket austria is alright, but it’s not the best out there. I used them for a small project, and the uptime was okay, but I had a few random hiccups here and there.

Support-wise, they’re hit or miss. Sometimes they’re quick, other times you’re waiting forever. If you’re okay with that, then go for it.

If you want something more consistent, maybe look into OVH or Contabo. Both are pretty affordable and have better track records imo.
I’ve been with datapacket austria for over a year now, and I gotta say, they’ve been pretty reliable. Uptime is solid—I’ve had maybe 99.9% uptime, which is great for the price.

Their support team is okay, but not amazing. They’re helpful, but response times can vary. If you’re not in a rush, it’s fine.

For alternatives, I’d recommend checking out DigitalOcean or Linode. Both are in the same price range and have excellent support.
Honestly, datapacket austria is a mixed bag. I used them for a few months, and while the uptime was decent, I had a couple of issues with their network speed.

Support was meh. They took a while to respond, and when they did, it felt like they were just reading from a script.

If you’re looking for something better, I’d suggest trying out Vultr. They’re super reliable and have great customer support.
I’ve had a pretty good experience with datapacket austria so far. Uptime has been solid, and I haven’t had any major issues.

Their support team is alright—not the fastest, but they do get the job done. If you’re okay with waiting a bit for support, then they’re a decent choice.

For alternatives, I’d recommend checking out AWS Lightsail. It’s a bit more expensive, but the performance and support are top-notch.
Datapacket austria is okay, but I wouldn’t say it’s the best. I’ve had a few issues with their network stability, and their support team can be slow to respond.

If you’re looking for something more reliable, I’d suggest checking out Liquid Web. They’re a bit pricier, but their support is amazing, and uptime is rock solid.
I’ve been using datapacket austria for a while now, and it’s been pretty good overall. Uptime is solid, and I haven’t had any major issues.

Their support team is decent, but not the fastest. If you’re okay with that, then they’re a good choice.

For alternatives, I’d recommend checking out SiteGround. They’re in the same price range and have excellent support and uptime.
Thanks for all the replies, everyone! Really appreciate the insights. I think I’m gonna give datapacket austria a shot since a few of you mentioned decent uptime, and I’m not in a huge rush for support.

Also, thanks for the alternative suggestions—I’ll definitely check out Hetzner and Vultr if things don’t work out.

Quick follow-up: For those who’ve used datapacket austria, did you guys opt for their managed hosting or just the regular VPS? Wondering if the managed option is worth the extra cost.
