9 proxy is decent, but it’s not the best. I’ve used it for streaming, and while it does bypass geo-restrictions, the speed can be hit or miss. Sometimes it’s fast, other times it’s painfully slow.
If you’re okay with occasional lag, it’s worth a shot. But if you need something more reliable, I’d recommend checking out Private Internet Access. It’s been way more consistent for me.
