Has anyone used BrightData for scraping YouTube and Reddit data? How reliable is it? or What’s the be

Brightdata’s scraping tools are powerful but finicky. Reddit especially will block you if you’re not careful.

I ended up combining it with Puppeteer for some jobs. Worked better but was a hassle.

If you want simplicity, try Outscraper. Not as feature-rich but gets the job done.
Brightdata’s youtube scraping is reliable if you’re patient. Reddit’s a nightmare though.

Their docs say to use rotating proxies, but even then, I got blocked constantly.

For Reddit, I’d recommend just using their API if possible. Or try SerpAPI for a no-code option.
