"Netgear IP not working—anyone else facing this issue?"
Hey guys,
So I’ve been trying to access my router settings, but for some reason, my netgear ip just won’t load?? Typed in the usual 192.168.1.1, but nada. Tried restarting the router, still nothing.
Anyone else run into this? Maybe it’s a firmware thing or just my wifi acting up?
Also, if you’ve got a quick way to find the netgear ip without digging through settings, lmk! Kinda urgent lol.

Dude, I feel you. My netgear ip was MIA until I reset the router. Hold the reset button for 30 secs and set it up again.
Just FYI, you’ll lose your custom settings, but it’s a last-resort fix. Netgear’s support page has step-by-step guides.
Check if your router’s DHCP is enabled. If it’s off, your devices won’t get the netgear ip automatically.
You can also try Netgear’s Nighthawk app—it sometimes shows the ip without needing to type it in.
