Hey everyone,
Sooo I’m kinda stuck here lol. I’ve been trying to figure out *how to off tproxy setting on my iPad* for like an hour now, and I’m totally lost. 😅
I think I messed something up while messing around with the settings, and now I can’t seem to turn it off. Like, where even is the option?? I’ve checked under Wi-Fi settings, VPN, and even general settings, but nada.
Anyone know *how to off tproxy setting on my iPad*? Or am I just blind? 😂
Pls help a noob out, thx! 🙏
(Also, sorry if this is a dumb question, I’m not super tech-savvy lol.)
Hey! So I had the same issue last week, and it drove me nuts lol. Turns out, the tproxy setting on iPad is kinda hidden. You gotta go to Settings > Wi-Fi, then tap the little "i" next to your connected network. Scroll down, and you should see "Configure Proxy." Tap that, and you can switch it off.
If it’s not there, maybe try restarting your iPad? Sometimes settings glitch out. Hope that helps!
omg i feel you!! i was stuck on this too. honestly, the tproxy setting on iPad is so confusing. i found this guide online that helped me out: [link to guide]. it walks you through step by step.
also, if you’re still stuck, maybe try resetting network settings? but be careful, it’ll wipe all your saved Wi-Fi passwords. good luck!!
Yo, I had this exact problem a while back. The tproxy setting on iPad is super annoying to find. Here’s what worked for me:
1. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi.
2. Tap the "i" next to your network.
3. Scroll to "Configure Proxy" and set it to "Off."
If it’s already off and you’re still having issues, maybe check if you have any VPN apps running? They can mess with proxy settings sometimes.
Hey! Not a dumb question at all—this stuff is tricky. For how to off tproxy setting on my iPad, I followed this video tutorial: [link to video]. It’s super clear and walks you through everything.

also, if you’re using a work or school iPad, sometimes the settings are locked by the admin. might wanna check with them if nothing else works.
Hey! So I had this issue too, and it took me forever to figure out. For how to off tproxy setting on my iPad, here’s what I did:
- Go to Settings > Wi-Fi.
- Tap the "i" next to your network.
- Scroll to "Configure Proxy" and set it to "Off."
If that doesn’t work, maybe try forgetting the network and reconnecting? Sometimes that resets the settings. Good luck!
omg thank you all so much!! i finally figured it out thanks to your tips. i went to Wi-Fi settings, tapped the "i," and found the proxy option. it was set to "Auto" for some reason, so i switched it to "Off."
but now my Wi-Fi is acting weird?? like it keeps disconnecting. should i reset network settings or is that overkill? thx again, you guys are lifesavers!
