Chrome doesn’t have this built-in, but you can kinda hack it. Try the "Speed Dial 2" extension—it’s clean and lets you customize a dropdown of your fav sites.
Not perfect, but way better than typing URLs like it’s 2005.

You could try "Quick Bookmark Access"—it adds a dropdown menu to your toolbar with all your bookmarks.
