How Often Should You Rotate IPs for Optimal Performance and Security? or Does IP Rotation Really Help

Depends on the site. Some don’t care, others will nuke you for *any* IP change.

I’ve found that rotating *too* fast triggers CAPTCHAs. Slower, random intervals work better.

Check out ProxyRack—they’ve got decent rotating options without breaking the bank.
If you’re serious about avoiding bans, ip rotation is just one piece.

I use a mix of rotating residential proxies (from Shifter) and session control. Also, throttle your requests—no matter how many IPs you have, speed kills.

Sites like LinkedIn or Zillow will ban you *fast* if you’re not careful.
