How Secure is IP Login? Should I Be Concerned About My Data? or IP Login Issues: Why Can't I Access M

IP login is *fine* for low-stakes stuff, but don’t rely on it.

For better auth, check out FIDO2. It’s the future—no passwords, no IP headaches.

If you’re getting blocked, your IP might be flagged as spam. Try a different network.
Wow, didn’t realize IP login was this flawed. 2FA seems like the way to go—just set up Google Authenticator and it’s not as annoying as I thought.

Still confused why some sites block me even with the right IP though. Maybe it’s a VPN thing? Gonna try whitelisting like someone suggested.

Thanks for the tips, especially the hardware key idea. Might grab a YubiKey soon. Anyone know if they work with most sites?
