Hey guys,
I’m kinda stuck here and need some help. Does anyone know *how to off tproxy setting on my ipad*? I messed around with some settings earlier, and now I think it’s causing issues with my internet.
I tried googling but couldn’t find a clear answer. Is there a way to disable it without resetting my whole iPad? Pls lmk if you’ve dealt with this before.
Thx in advance! 🙏
Hey! I had the same issue last week. To turn off tproxy on your iPad, go to Settings > Wi-Fi, then tap the "i" next to your connected network. Scroll down and look for "Configure Proxy." If it’s set to "Manual," switch it to "Off." That should fix it!

Hope this works for you!
Yo, I feel you! Messing with proxy settings can be a headache. To disable tproxy on your iPad, just head to Settings > Wi-Fi, tap the network you’re on, and check the "Configure Proxy" section. If it’s enabled, switch it off.
Btw, if you’re still having trouble, try restarting your iPad after making the change. Sometimes it just needs a quick reboot to sort things out.
Hey there! I’ve dealt with this before. To turn off tproxy on your iPad, go to Settings > Wi-Fi, tap the network you’re using, and look for "Configure Proxy." If it’s set to "Manual," just toggle it to "Off."
If you’re unsure, you can also try forgetting the network and reconnecting. That sometimes resets the proxy settings automatically.
Oh man, I had this exact problem a while back. To disable tproxy on your iPad, go to Settings > Wi-Fi, tap the "i" next to your network, and scroll to "Configure Proxy." If it’s set to "Manual," just switch it to "Off."
If that doesn’t work, try resetting your network settings (Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings). Just be aware it’ll wipe saved Wi-Fi passwords, so maybe save those first.

Ugh, proxy settings can be so annoying! To disable tproxy on your iPad, go to Settings > Wi-Fi, tap the network you’re on, and scroll to "Configure Proxy." If it’s set to "Manual," just toggle it to "Off."
If that doesn’t fix it, try forgetting the network and reconnecting. That usually clears any weird settings.
Hey! I had this issue too. To turn off tproxy on your iPad, go to Settings > Wi-Fi, tap the network you’re connected to, and look for "Configure Proxy." If it’s set to "Manual," just switch it to "Off."
If you’re still stuck, try using a network scanner app like Fing to check if the proxy is still active. Sometimes it helps to see what’s going on behind the scenes.
Thanks so much, everyone! I followed your advice and went to Settings > Wi-Fi, tapped my network, and switched "Configure Proxy" to "Off." It worked! My internet’s back to normal now.
I did try resetting the network settings first, but that didn’t help, so your tip about manually turning off the proxy was a lifesaver. Really appreciate the help! 🙌
