So I’ve been having this weird issue where some websites just won’t load in Chrome. Everything else works fine, but a few sites keep timing out.
I’m thinking it might be my proxy server in chrome acting up. I set it up a while ago, but maybe something’s off? Or could it be blocking those sites unintentionally?
Anyone else run into this?
If you’ve fixed something similar, pls share how! Also, is there a quick way to check if the proxy server in chrome is the culprit? Like, disabling it temporarily or something?

I disabled the proxy server in chrome like a few of you said, and boom—the sites loaded right away. Guess it was blocking them for some reason.
Now I’m wondering if I should just ditch the proxy or find a better one. Any recommendations for reliable ones? Also, is there a way to whitelist sites so this doesn’t happen again?
