"Why Isn’t My Proxy Server on Chrome Working? Fixes Inside!"
Hey guys! So I set up a proxy server on chrome but it’s just... not working? Like, pages won’t load or it’s super slow. Anyone else run into this?
I tried the basic stuff—restarting chrome, checking the proxy settings (chrome://settings > system > open proxy settings). Still nada.
Maybe the proxy address is wrong? Or the port? Also, some proxies need auth—did you forget the username/password?
Oh, and if you’re on wifi, your network might be blocking it. Try switching networks or disabling any VPNs.
If all else fails, just reset the proxy server on chrome settings and start over. Annoying, but it works sometimes lol.
Any other fixes I missed? Drop ‘em below!
