OP here—update: switched to Firefox + SwitchyOmega, and it’s flawless. Chrome’s just too unstable with proxies now.

For seamless switching, set up SwitchyOmega profiles for each use case (e.g., "Netflix UK", "Work VPN").
Then, use quick-switch shortcuts—saves so much time. Found a YouTube vid that walks through it step-by-step if you’re stuck.

For alternatives, "SmartProxy" looks promising, but it’s paid. Free users might be stuck troubleshooting for now.
If SwitchyOmega’s crashing, check your Chrome flags. Disabling "Experimental Extension APIs" fixed it for me.
