ugh, is it just me or is instagram acting up again? keeps saying "instagram failed to load reset" every time i try to refresh.

tried closing the app, restarting my phone, even reinstalled it... no luck.

anyone else dealing with this? or know a fix? pls help, my feed is stuck in 2022 😭

- logging out & back in
- checking for updates
- even yelled at my phone (didn’t help lol)

Same here! Instagram failed to load reset is driving me nuts.

I found that switching to airplane mode for 10 secs then turning it back on sometimes helps. Also, check downdetector.com to see if it’s a widespread outage.

If not, maybe try a VPN? Weirdly worked for me once.

my fix was going into app settings > storage > clear data (not just cache). You’ll have to log back in, but it worked for me.

also, insta’s been buggy after updates, so maybe roll back to an older version via apkmirror if you’re on android.

If it’s just you, try uninstalling with revo uninstaller (pc) to wipe all leftover files before reinstalling.

yoo i had the instagram failed to load reset crap yesterday.

What worked for me was deleting the app AND removing all permissions first. Then reinstalled fresh.

Also, make sure your date/time settings are on auto. Weird fix but helped.

Try this: go to play store > instagram > uninstall updates. Use the base version for a bit.

If that fails, blame Zuck and wait it out. Downdetector shows minor outages rn.
