Instagram Keeps Saying 'We Suspect Automated Behavior on Your Account' – Anyone Else Facing This Issue?

Hey guys,

Sooo, Instagram keeps saying "we suspect automated behavior on your account" every time I try to do *anything* lately. Like, I’m just scrolling, liking a few posts, maybe commenting here and there, and BAM – that annoying message pops up.

Anyone else dealing with this? It’s driving me nuts! I’m not even using bots or anything sketchy. I’ve tried logging out, clearing cache, even reinstalling the app, but no luck.

Is this some new update or glitch? Or is Instagram just being extra paranoid rn? Would love to hear if y’all have found a fix or if I’m just doomed to deal with this forever lol.

Thanks in advance!
Ugh, I feel you! Instagram keeps saying "we suspect automated behavior on your account" to me too, and it’s so frustrating. I think it’s because I was liking/commenting too fast? Like, I slowed down a bit and it stopped happening.

Also, try switching to a different Wi-Fi or using mobile data. Sometimes Instagram flags accounts if the IP looks suspicious.

If that doesn’t work, maybe check out this tool called IG Audit (just google it). It helps you see if your account is flagged or shadowbanned. Hope this helps!
Hey! So I had the same issue last week, and it was driving me crazy. Instagram keeps saying "we suspect automated behavior on your account" even though I wasn’t doing anything wrong.

What worked for me was logging into Instagram on a browser instead of the app. I left it like that for a day, then went back to the app, and the issue was gone.

Also, make sure your app is updated. Sometimes glitches happen with older versions. Good luck!
omg same!! Instagram keeps saying "we suspect automated behavior on your account" and it’s so annoying. I think it’s their new algorithm being super strict.

I read somewhere that using a VPN can trigger this too, so if you’re using one, maybe turn it off? Also, try not to like/comment too much in a short time. I started spacing out my activity, and it’s been better.

If you’re still stuck, check out this site called IG Helper. It gives tips on how to avoid getting flagged.
This happened to me too! Instagram keeps saying "we suspect automated behavior on your account" even though I’m just scrolling and liking posts like a normal person.

I fixed it by changing my password and enabling two-factor authentication. Apparently, Instagram thought my account was compromised or something.

Also, try not to use third-party apps that claim to boost followers or engagement. They can mess with your account. Hope this helps!
Ugh, I’ve been dealing with this for weeks! Instagram keeps saying "we suspect automated behavior on your account" and it’s so frustrating.

I found that logging out of all devices and then logging back in helped. Also, try not to use the same hashtags over and over—apparently, that can trigger the algorithm.

If you’re still stuck, check out this guide on Social Media Examiner. They have a whole section on fixing Instagram issues like this.
Same here! Instagram keeps saying "we suspect automated behavior on your account" and it’s driving me nuts.

I think it’s because I was using a scheduling tool for my posts. Once I stopped using it, the issue went away. Maybe check if you’re using anything like that?

Also, try reporting the issue to Instagram through the app. Sometimes they actually respond and fix it. Good luck!
Thanks so much for all the suggestions, guys! I tried logging out of all devices and switching to mobile data, and it seems to be working so far.

I also checked out IG Audit like someone mentioned, and it showed my account wasn’t flagged, so that’s a relief.

Quick question though—has anyone tried contacting Instagram support directly? I’m wondering if it’s worth it or if they’ll just ignore me lol. Thanks again!
