"Should I Switch to a Dedicate IP VPN? Pros and Cons?"
Hey guys, been using shared IP VPNs for a while but keep getting hit with captchas and random bans. Thinking about switching to a dedicate ip vpn, but is it *really* worth the extra cost?
Pros:
- Less captcha hell (hopefully lol)
- Better for banking/logins since the IP is just yours
- Might improve speeds if the server isn’t overloaded
Cons:
- More expensive obv
- Less "anonymous" since the IP is tied to you
Anyone made the switch? Did it actually help or just a waste of $$?

"Does a Dedicate IP VPN Really Reduce Captchas and Bans?"
Ugh, so tired of proving I’m not a robot every 5 mins.
Heard a dedicate ip vpn *might* fix this since you’re not sharing the IP with a ton of randos. But does it actually work? Or will Google still hate me?
Also, what about streaming bans? Netflix been cracking down hard lately.
Share your experiences pls!
Switched to a dedicate ip vpn last month and it’s been a game-changer. No more captcha spam on Google, and my banking apps finally stopped locking me out.
Yeah, it’s pricier, but if you’re tired of dealing with random blocks, it’s worth it. Check out NordVPN’s dedicate ip option—solid speeds and no issues so far.
Only downside? You lose some anonymity, but if privacy isn’t your #1 concern, go for it.
Honestly, dedicate ip vpns are overhyped unless you *really* need stability.
I tried Surfshark’s dedicate ip and still got hit with Netflix bans. Google captchas were slightly better, but not gone.
Save your cash unless you’re doing sensitive stuff like banking. Shared IPs are fine for casual use.
If you’re getting banned left and right, a dedicate ip vpn might help. But it’s not magic.
Some sites still flag dedicate ips if they’re known vpn ranges. ProtonVPN’s dedicate ip worked well for me—fewer captchas, but not zero.
Streaming? Hit or miss. Netflix is a cat-and-mouse game no matter what.
Dedicate ip vpns are clutch for logging into stuff without hassle. No more "suspicious activity" emails from your bank.
I use TorGuard’s dedicate ip and it’s been smooth. Little to no captchas, and speeds are consistent.
But yeah, you’re trading some privacy for convenience. If that’s cool with you, pull the trigger.
Google will *always* hate VPNs, dedicate ip or not.
That said, my experience with PureVPN’s dedicate ip was way better than shared. Fewer captchas, but they still pop up sometimes.
Streaming bans? Yeah, Netflix is ruthless. Dedicate ip helps, but it’s not a guarantee.
Dedicate ip vpns are worth it if you’re sick of getting blocked everywhere.
I switched to CyberGhost’s dedicate ip and the difference is night and day. No more random bans on forums or shopping sites.
But it’s not foolproof. Some services still detect and block vpn traffic.
If you’re just browsing, stick with shared. But for anything serious (banking, work), dedicate ip vpn is a no-brainer.
I’ve been using VyprVPN’s dedicate ip for months—zero login issues, and captchas are rare.
Downside? Costs more, and you’re easier to track. Pick your poison.
Dedicate ip vpns *can* reduce captchas, but it depends on the provider.
Some cheap ones recycle ips, so you’ll still get flagged. I’d recommend ExpressVPN’s dedicate ip—clean IPs, fewer headaches.
Streaming is still a gamble though. Netflix bans everything eventually.
OP here—thanks for all the input!
Decided to test NordVPN’s dedicate ip for a month. So far, way fewer captchas, and my bank hasn’t locked me out once.
Still getting some Netflix blocks though. Anyone found a dedicate ip vpn that *actually* works with streaming? Or is it hopeless?
