I'm currently looking for a reliable static residential / ISP proxy provider and would appreciate some recommendations from people who have actually used these services.

My main requirements are:

• Dedicated/static IPs that remain stable
  
• Good uptime and connection speed
  
• Genuine ISP/residential IPs rather than datacenter IPs being marketed as residential
  
• Good coverage, particularly for US/EU locations
  
• Reasonable pricing for a small-to-medium number of IPs
  
• Ideally unlimited or generous bandwidth
  
• Good replacement/support policy if an IP gets flagged
  

I've come across providers such as Decodo, Webshare, IPRoyal, NetNut, Bright Data and Oxylabs, but I'm interested in real user experiences rather than just review-site rankings.
