I’ve tried a few craigslist posting services, and my favorite is AdPoster. They’re affordable ($50 for 10 posts) and super reliable. I’ve only had one post flagged in the last 6 months.
Also, try to vary your IP address if you’re posting a lot. Craigslist flags accounts that post too much from the same IP.
