Hey everyone,
So I’m kinda stuck here and could use some advice. I’m trying to figure out how to make sure my targets are approved for brightdata whitelisted domains. Like, I’ve added a few domains, but I’m not 100% sure if I’m doing it right.
Do I just add them in the dashboard and wait? Or is there some extra step I’m missing? Also, how long does it usually take for them to get approved?
I’ve heard mixed things, so I’m lowkey stressing lol. Any tips or tricks to speed up the process? Or maybe common mistakes to avoid?
Thanks in advance, y’all! 🙏
Hey! I’ve been using brightdata whitelisted domains for a while now, and yeah, it can be a bit confusing at first.
You’re on the right track with adding them in the dashboard, but make sure you’ve double-checked the format. Sometimes, typos or extra spaces can mess things up.
As for approval time, it usually takes a few hours to a day, but it can vary. If it’s taking longer, maybe reach out to their support—they’re pretty responsive.
One tool I’d recommend is Domain Hunter Plus. It helps you verify domains before adding them to brightdata whitelisted domains. Saves a lot of hassle!
Hope that helps!
Yo, I feel you on the stress lol. I’ve been there.
For brightdata whitelisted domains, you gotta make sure the domains are clean and not flagged. If they’re sketchy, they’ll get rejected.
Also, don’t just add a ton at once. Start with a few, see how it goes, then scale up.
Approval time? Usually 24 hours max. If it’s longer, something’s up.
Oh, and check out WhoisXML API—it’s great for domain validation.
Good luck!
Hey! So, I had the same issue a while back.
For brightdata whitelisted domains, you need to ensure the domains are active and not blacklisted. Brightdata’s system is pretty strict about that.
Once you add them, yeah, you just wait. But if it’s taking more than a day, I’d suggest reaching out to their support. They’re usually quick to help.
Also, avoid adding subdomains unless they’re explicitly allowed. That’s a common mistake.
Hope this clears things up!
Hey there!
I’ve been using brightdata whitelisted domains for a while, and here’s what I’ve learned:
1. Make sure the domains are legit and not flagged by any security tools.
2. Double-check the format when adding them—no extra spaces or weird characters.
3. Approval usually takes a few hours, but sometimes up to a day.
If you’re in a rush, their support team is pretty helpful. Just shoot them a message.
Also, tools like DomainTools can help you verify domains before adding them.
Good luck!
Hey!
So, I’ve been through this exact situation with brightdata whitelisted domains.
First, make sure the domains are clean and not on any blacklists. Brightdata’s system is pretty strict about that.
Once you add them, it’s just a waiting game. Approval usually takes a few hours, but sometimes up to a day.
If it’s taking longer, I’d suggest reaching out to their support. They’re usually pretty quick to respond.
Also, avoid adding too many at once. Start with a few and see how it goes.
Hope that helps!

Hey everyone,
Thanks so much for all the advice! I double-checked the domains I added, and yeah, there were a couple of typos. Fixed those and added a few more.
I also reached out to Brightdata support, and they confirmed everything looks good now. Fingers crossed it gets approved soon!
Quick question though—anyone know if there’s a limit to how many domains you can whitelist at once? I’m planning to scale up, but don’t wanna mess things up.
Thanks again, y’all! 🙏
