What’s the easiest way to convert a PDF to a web page? or How to convert a PDF to a web page—best too

LibreOffice can do this too! Open the PDF in Draw, then export as HTML.

It’s a bit clunky, but hey, it’s free and works offline. For simple docs, it’s enough.

If you’re on Mac, Preview can also export PDFs as HTML, but YMMV.

Wow, thanks for all the suggestions! I tried Smallpdf and iLovePDF based on your recs, and they worked *way* better than the tools I was using before.

Still struggling with one super messy PDF—anyone know how to convert a pdf to a web page *without* losing column formatting? ABBYY sounds promising, but I’m hesitant to drop cash.

Also, has anyone used PDF2HTMLEX? Is it worth the setup hassle?
