"Looking for Reliable Good Proxy Servers – Any Recommendations?"
Hey everyone,
I’ve been digging around for some good proxy servers lately, but man, it’s tough to find ones that actually work without slowing everything down.
Anyone got solid recs? Looking for something reliable, decent speed, and preferably doesn’t log my data (ya know, the usual). Free or paid—just needs to be worth it.
Also, if you’ve had a bad experience with certain ones, I’d love to hear that too. Saves me the hassle lol.
Thanks in advance!

*PS: If you know any good proxy servers that don’t get blocked all the time, even better.*
I’ve been using Bright Data (formerly Luminati) for a while now, and it’s been solid. Not the cheapest, but their good proxy servers are fast and rarely get blocked.
They’ve got residential, datacenter, and mobile proxies, so you can pick what fits your needs. Only downside is the pricing—kinda steep if you’re just testing things out.
If you’re serious about reliability, though, it’s worth checking out.
Yo, if you’re looking for free good proxy servers, try HideMyAss or ProxyNova. They’re hit or miss, but I’ve had decent luck with them for basic stuff.
Paid-wise, Oxylabs is another beast. Super reliable, but again, not cheap.
Avoid free ones if you’re doing anything sensitive tho—they log like crazy.
I’ve had a terrible experience with Hola VPN (yeah, I know it’s not *just* a proxy). Their free version is sketchy as hell—logs data and sells your bandwidth.
For good proxy servers, I’d stick with paid options like Smartproxy or GeoSurf. They’re way more consistent, and you won’t get blocked every 5 minutes.
Hey! For a mix of speed and anonymity, I’d recommend Storm Proxies.
They’re not the biggest name out there, but their rotating proxies are legit. Good uptime, and they don’t log your traffic (or so they claim).
Plus, their pricing is pretty reasonable compared to some of the heavy hitters.
Man, I feel you on the struggle. Free proxies are a nightmare—slow, unreliable, and half of them are just scams.
If you’re willing to pay, check out Soax. Their residential proxies are top-tier for avoiding blocks.
Otherwise, maybe try scraping public lists (like ProxyScrape) and testing them yourself. It’s tedious, but you might find a gem.
Lol, good luck with free proxies—they’re all garbage after a week.
I’ve been using IPRoyal for a few months now, and it’s been smooth sailing. Their datacenter proxies are cheap and fast, and I haven’t had any major blocks.
If you’re doing anything serious, though, go residential. It’s pricier but way more reliable.
Forget free proxies—they’re not worth the hassle.
I’ve had great results with NetNut. Their proxies are blazing fast, and they’ve got a ton of locations.
Only gripe? Their dashboard is a bit clunky, but the performance makes up for it.
If you’re just testing the waters, try Proxyrack. They’ve got a free trial, and their paid plans are decent.
But honestly, most good proxy servers worth using aren’t free. You get what you pay for, ya know?

Wow, thanks for all the suggestions, folks! Didn’t expect this many replies.
I think I’ll give Bright Data and Storm Proxies a shot first—seem like the best balance of speed and reliability.
Quick Q though: anyone know if these work well with scraping? Or do they get flagged fast?
Appreciate the help!
